Wow. Did not see that coming after the first night. The first night no one at SPU played great, but everyone played okay and it led to a great victory, in part thanks to Bryce of course. He shot very wisely, picked up five assists, two boards, and three fouls, and otherwise had a pretty quiet night on D, but did everything he was asked and more when he was in.
The second day against Hawaii-Hilo, the game had every opportunity to be a let down but the Falcons led by 20 throughout most of it and this time Bryce played a very big role. He was in for 34 minutes, again shot really well, was sent to the line 7+ times and made 10 shots, he grabbed eight boards, four assists, a block, a steal, and two fouls for the full house. Just a super productive outing that was firmly in the “great territory.”
Super proud of Bryce, and a big congrats to him on winning Player-of-the-Week for the second week in a row.
